In this episode, Dylan talks about the way we think about “weight” in life—pressure, responsibility, discipline, and growth. Some things slow us down. Some things shape us. And some things do both, depending on how we carry them. This conversation explores how strength is built over time, why growth often feels heavy, and how learning what to hold onto—and what to let go of—can change the direction of your life, both spiritually and physically.
